Cabins in the Mountains with Ed & Bethany Bennet
Ed and Bethany have been investing in various aspects of real estate
since 2001, including single-family homes, office buildings,
apartment complexes, raw land, mixed-used commercial
developments, and construction. Ed has a science and business educational background with a BS in Physics from Carnegie Mellon and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Ed has an IT and business background having grown and sold a Software and Consulting company founded in 1993 and sold in 1996. It specialized in the Aerospace and Mortgage industries. Bethany has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Public Health degree with the area of concentration in Epidemiology. She also has a real estate license.Ed and Bethany live in Lafayette Georgia and have five children ranging from 24 to 10. Bethany has homeschooled their five children. Ed and Bethany love the mountain areas and activities like hiking.Ed and Bethany decided to take the plunge into short term rentals this past year partnering with Rich and the BNB Investing Program.
