Vacation Rentals in San Juan, Puerto Rico with Juan Miguel
Juan Miguel is CEO of Otium, a tech-enabled hospitality company providing high-quality professional short-term rental accomodations in the Caribbean. At Otium, Juan Miguel is responsible for leveraging consumer data and competitive intelligence to increase profitability and sustain growth in an ever-evolving industry. His main focus is on executing the overall strategy to develop transformative technology and amplify the brand.
Before joining Otium, Juan Miguel developed and oversaw Pricing and Revenue Management operations at real estate, travel, and tech startups such as Domio and FlightCar. Also, he was a Team Leader for Virgin America’s Pricing and Yield Management team. During his time at Virgin America, he helped lead the company to its first full year of profitability, eventually leading to its successful IPO in November 2014. Juan Miguel began his career at Delta in 2009, managing a $650M revenue portfolio, including Delta’s 6th largest domestic route.
When not hard at work, Juan Miguel enjoys spending time with his family, reading, running half-marathons, and investing in real estate.
