Precious Price is a Real Estate Entrepreneur, Marketer, and Housing Justice Advocate located in Atlanta, GA. She is the Co-Founder and CMO at Gather ADU, an online planning and management solution for homeowners ready to turn their extra backyard space into rental or supplementary housing. At Gather, Precious leads marketing efforts and customer acquisition management. Her interest in real estate and small-scale development began in 2019 following her first property purchase and the subsequent release of her GOING TINY docuseries. A 3-episode production following the design, construction, and management of Precious’ backyard tiny house (or ADU).

Her work and dedication toward innovative housing solutions such as accessory dwelling units, shared housing, and pocket neighborhoods have garnered her acclaim from well-known media groups such as the New York Times, CNBC, Black Enterprise, and many others. Precious’ 2022 TEDx talk titled Why We Need to Rethink Housing Insecurity highlights why and how we ALL have a hand in fixing the housing crisis.
Precious is a two-time graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
