All About Commercial Lending with Kenneth Igwe

Kenneth is an accomplished real estate & finance professional with over two decades of success across diverse aspects of both industries.

Currently, Kenneth serves as a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Baker Collins & Co., a real estate finance firm that specializes in financing residential and commercial real estate loans for real estate investors. Baker Collins & Co. has originated over $1 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity under his leadership since 2015.

Previously, Kenneth held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Brisco Capital Group, an oil distribution company, and Associate Director at Wharton Gladden, an investment banking firm. With his extensive experience, Kenneth deeply understands the needs of his clients and provides counsel on entity selection, formation, maintenance, dissolution, and business succession planning.

Furthermore, Kenneth works closely with property owners, developers, investors and businesses on a range of real estate matters, including lease agreements, options to purchase, easements, and purchase and sale agreements. His services often involve agreement negotiation, review, drafting, and dispute resolution.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Morehouse College, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a Master's in Finance from Harvard Extension School. Additionally, he is a graduate of the prestigious Urban Land Institute's Center for Leadership program.
