Full Time Nurse with Quadplex Airbnb Properties with Elizabeth Fuller
Elizabeth Fuller is a full time nurse anesthetist. Elizabeth began house hacking in 2016 prior to knowing the proper term. In 2018, She bought her first investment property, a historic home in Augusta, GA with a carriage house in the back yard. After minor renovations and furnishing, she rented the home doing mid-term rentals while re-designing, completely renovating, and furnishing the carriage house. In 2019, She bought a quadplex and did cosmetic renovations keeping with the same formula of mid-term furnished rentals. The Broad street quadplex has been the most recent acquisition in December, 2023 which she also renovated, furnished, and rented. In addition, she has managed a beach condo for short term rentals and various other properties for friends and family. It’s been my privilege to host guests from all over the world including India, Sri Lanka, Iran, Canada, Brazil, various countries in Africa, and others.
